Thanks to the Autoform software, we are able to simulate the deformation of materials, and to propose the most appropriate process for these results.

DIGITAL FORMING SIMULATION


Digital simulation makes it possible to anticipate the behaviour of a material under actual conditions. It provides a precise indication of potentially problematic features of the part, & data making it possible to understand and act accordingly (machining compensation, part fittings, process modifications etc). The forecast allows us to meet shorter deadlines, by eliminating production risks. Our knowledge of simulation enables us to act as consultants or to intervene on the behalf of partners.

3D TOOL DESIGN


Using Catia software for systematic planning, Loire Etude designs formatting tools for a large, small & prototype production run. We reconcile the economic, technical, materials and contextual constraints in order to meet the requirements of the customer & the market.

SURFACE RECONSTRUCTION


Once a tool has been delivered to our customer, we offer a follow-up service and the possibility of intervention in the event that a modification or repair has to be made. Our three-dimensional scanner enables us to analyse and modify the cutting lines of new tools & those already in service. In addition, we can also scan the surfaces of the tool. Retrieving this information allows us to assess the condition of the tool and consider surface modifications in order to give it a second life.
