During the manufacturing process of a foundry part, it is common for burrs to remain. A real obstacle in functional and aesthetic terms, burrs can pose problems when assembling parts in terms of safety too. Deburring tools (also called trimming tools) can remove and rectify all types of burrs, ranging from the smallest to the least accessible.
Loire Etude designs and manufactures deburring tools. For each new project, our design office works to develop tools by studying the optimisation of interlocking parts, increasing productivity & making it possible to deburr several foundry parts at the same time.
